                 a) size of target audience
                 b) print run
                 c) commercial versus private

The Marine is a non profit charitable trust. We derive most of our income from private and corporate donations, museum admissions, memberships, the store and the Bed & Breakfast aboard the Museum Ship Alexander Henry.

We also receive operating support from the Province of Ontario through the Community Museum Operating Programme and the City of Kingston. User pay charges help support the preservation of the museum collections.
