The Marine Museum of the Great Lakes at Kingston endeavors to connect people with the maritime heritage of Kingston and the Great Lakes by collecting, preserving and interpreting material and artifacts related to the maritime history of the region. We are the owners of a national historic site - the Kingston Dry Dock - where we offer public guided tours and public programs. The Museum is a Canadian Heritage designated 'Category A' museum that has demonstrated the ability to ensure the long-term preservation of Canadian Cultural Property that is deemed of 'outstanding significance and national importance'.
